cage light giveaway | 1000bulbs.com

March 24, 2015

You guys may remember the DIY caged light ceiling fan I put together for our playroom.

I knew a lot of you guys liked it and it also turns out that the folks at 1000Bulbs.com, where I purchased my light cages, liked it too.  So much so that they wanted to give some goodies away to you guys so you can recreate the look!

Up for grabs are 3 metal light cages and 3 Edison style light bulbs from 1000Bulbs.com!

And since I know not everyone is a fan person, I thought I’d give you some other ideas for what you could do with these pieces.  Cluster them with some other light cage styles, do a cluster of the one style, use it to make an individual pendant, spray paint the cage a fun color, or even make a wall sconce out of it!  There are endless things you can do with these pieces.

I would use the bulb cages & Edison bulbs to create a 3 tiered hanging display in my main hallway. This would be a beautiful & functional update in my home!

I am not going to enter your contest even though it is wonderful but I wanted you to know how grateful I am that you are running a contest that all you need to do is leave a comment. I have unsubscribed from many blogs that you have to go through facebook, twitter, pinterest, etc. etc. etc. I think being a loyal reader should be enough to enter a contest but that is my opinion. Thank you for doing this, you have made me an even more loyal reader.

I think I would use them in my son's room to give it an industrial vibe. Either on the ceiling fan lights or maybe hand three down from the ceiling over his desk. Thanks!

Very interesting blog. A lot of blogs I see these days don't really provide anything that attract others, but I'm most definitely interested in this one. Just thought that I would post and let you know.
