The other day I looked at a calendar and realized there isn’t as much time as I thought there was before school starts again. I’m just not ready for Summer to be over with yet! Summer always makes me think of lemonade and all things citrus. Maybe it’s that lemons are yellow and I think of yellow as a Summer color. Anyway, I pulled together some Summer tabletop for the kitchen that my fellow citrus lovers will enjoy, even if you’re normally an all neutral fan like myself!

All Things Citrus

When looking through Walmart Home, the first item to grab my attention were the kitchen towels. Kitchen towels are a fun and easy things to swap out with the seasons or even your mood. This set of lemon cotton kitchen towels definitely says Summer. I’ve always been intrigued with the decorative loaf pans and decided to try out this citrus loaf pan. It has the most beautiful details! Place a highly decorated loaf on a simple tray like this white rectangular platter so it shines on its own. After I shot photos I covered the loaf cake with a lemon glaze (my mouth is watering thinking about it again) and we enjoyed it with morning coffee.

Summer Drinkware

I’m thinking back to how outdoor cups used to look when I was a kid and boy have things changed! These hammered tumblers look like hefty glass but are shatterproof and perfect for taking outside. I’m replacing all of the kids’ old character plastic cups with these and couldn’t be more excited about it! Summer is a drink dispenser’s time to shine. This mason jar drink dispenser is cute as can be! TIP: Elevate a countertop drink dispenser by placing a flat bottomed bowl underneath it. This large wooden bowl was perfect for the task and I love how it matches the wooden handle.

Pottery, ceramics, and glazing is so hot right now. The handmade, laidback look is popular in California Casual decor. Often times that one-of-a-kind uniqueness comes with a hefty price tag. These stoneware bowls are gorgeous and under $3.00 a piece! Perfect for everyday use or styled on a kitchen shelf.

I hope you enjoyed this roundup of Summer tabletop for the kitchen. I highly suggest you give Walmart another look if it has been a while since you last did. They have a huge selection of on trend and timeless pieces for the home that were readily available at my local store or arrived within a few days at my doorstep. It had been some time for me since I last visited their store and I was definitely impressed with what I found and brought home. Ok, now I’m off to go eat that lemon cake!
