First off, thank you guys for your feedback as to what I should do with the settee!  You gave me so much to think about.  My apologies for not responding to all of you, I spent the majority of the day working on it.  I decided it was time to pull my big girl panties up and make it work!  It turned out good.  Real good.  I’ll show you the finished product next week.
So, Izzy.  This kid is something.  She is always coming up with stuff on the fly that leaves me busting a gut.  It’s all pretty out there so I have a hard time remembering what it was she said.  I just know it was funny.
So to help me remember all these little nuggets, and to give you a glimpse into her head, I’m going to start a little series – That’s What She Said.
Here’s our most recent.

I have no idea.
What’s some of the stuff your kids have said?  I love hearing these stories 🙂

  2. Hilarious. I just love what comes out of kids' mouths. I've actually thought about doing a similar type post with Evie's recent blurbs. Yesterday she gasped and told me her (instant) oatmeal breakfast was aMAAAAAzinnng!! HA! Riiiiigght!

  3. Haha, that is hilarious! I have the same problem with remembering what my kiddos have said, I need to write stuff down! One time my son was telling me that he needed a house like Vector's (from Despicable Me) with a shark and his grandma asked him where he was going to get a shark from? The internet. Because they're easier to train. Um, natch, son…good plan (c;

  4. Oh my gosh, that's hilarious.
    I keep a little notebook going now to write things down when they say them. I used to always think, oh that's hilarious, I'll NEVER forget it. But then 10 minutes later, it's gone. They come up with the darnedest things, I swear.
