guest room ceiling fan

February 27, 2017

It seems as though I am on a kick with changing out light fixtures lately.  While my mom was visiting, she helped me swap out the flush mount light fixture in the guest room for this lighted ceiling fan.  It’s actually the same fan we put up in our master bedroom.

Here’s what we started with.  The fixture was just way too small for the room.  It used only two candelabra bulbs and put out zero light.  And, we’re in Houston so a fan is a must in the bedroom.

As I mentioned, this is the exact same fan we installed in our master.  We love it!  It’s silent, puts out the perfect amount of air (we leave our master’s fan on medium speed 24/7), and has a modern look with a bright LED light kit.  Best part is the price, less than $130.  BOOM!!!

Now to install them in the kids’ room!  Speaking of kids, later this week I’m going to be sharing Izzy’s 8th birthday party with you guys.  The kid is a hoot.  She requested a Star Wars Spa Sleepover 😀

I feel like I've found a unicorn with this fan. Pretty and affordable shouldn't exist in a ceiling fan 😀

Thank you so much!!! I don't know how my mom made it staying in this room without a fan before!
